Audit Committee

The Audit Committee prepares matters relating to accounting and risk management. In particular, it deals with monitoring the accounting process, the effectiveness of the internal control system, the internal audit system and the risk management system, auditing the annual and group financial statements, the required independence of the auditor and determines the main points of the audit.
