KfW remains the World's safest bank

KfW continues to be the "World's safest bank". For the sixth time in a row, the US finance magazine Global Finance declared KfW the “World's Safest Bank”.

KfW in 2014 once again confirmed its leading position among the 500 largest banks worldwide. The ranking of the Global Finance magazine is based on the evaluation of long-term credit ratings from Moody’s, Standard & Poor’s and Fitch and on the total assets of the banks.

The award was presented at the Annual Meetings of the IMF and World Bank in Washington DC on 11 October 2014.
