Promotional loans for climate-friendly construction and investment grant for accessibility and promotion of cooperative housing available again

From Tuesday, 20 February 2024, KfW will once again accept applications for the following promotional programmes:

• Climate-friendly Construction – Owner-occupied residential buildings (297),
• Climate-friendly Construction - Residential buildings (298),
• Climate-friendly Construction – Non-residential buildings (299),
• Climate-friendly construction – Municipalities (498/499),
• Promotion of cooperative housing (134),
• Accessibility – Investment grant (455-B)

The programmes include funds from the German Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB) budget. Promotion was stopped at the end of 2023 as a result of the German Federal Government’s temporary budget freeze or expired federal budget funds.
