Chair of KfW's Board of Supervisory Directors, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action Dr Robert Habeck:
"KfW plays a key role in strengthening our country’s competitiveness and future viability. In recent years, Stefan Wintels has consistently aligned KfW with this role. His clear strategic focus on supporting the sustainable and digital transformation of the economy and society has been pioneering and successful. I'm delighted Stefan will continue his role at the helm of KfW and, on behalf of KfW's Board of Supervisory Directors, I would like to thank him for his huge commitment to date. I wish him continued energy and success in the years ahead."
